We're proud to offer softball lessons in a brand new facility with state-of-the art softball equipment. Our coaches have all either played or coached collegiate level softball. Here at Backstopsoftball our players learn key softball skills to improve their pitching, hitting, catching and fielding capabilities. We focus on training the "whole athlete" meaning the physical and mental components of the game that build truly great softball athletes.

ABOUT The Backstop
Recognizing a need for a space for softball players to feel empowered Coach Emily opened The Backstop in 2018. The concept of The Backstop Softball Training Facility was born from increasing demand from her players for more softball training opportunities, and wanting to create a softball facility to support developing athletes in need of quality softball training. Emily, along with Backstop Staff since opening, have helped over 500 young women ages 6-21 and dozens of teams in the New England area and beyond.
